Parish Associate

There are not words enough to tell you how delighted I am to serve as part of HUPC's ministry team. I've had the pleasure of supporting HUPC in its time of transition, preaching in the pulpit 1-2 Sundays a month, moderating for Session, and supporting with pastoral care, one of my favorite aspects of ministry. Prior to supporting HUPC, I served various churches typically in roles aligned with a "Parish Associate," most recently in Portland, Oregon. As I shared with Hebron United's Pastoral Nominating Committee, I sincerely hoped God might find a way I could still stay involved because I so enjoyed the church family I got to know over the last few years. When these pieces all began to fall into place in the late summer for HUPC, and I got to meet BIll myself, I knew immediately Bill’s presence would be such a blessing to us all. God has presented us with an opportunity to model faith, creativity, and a deep commitment to our church and community, and I look forward to working with Bill, and with all of you, to write the next chapter in the life of Hebron United Presbyterian Church.
